PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 30 April 2026

This policy explains what information Wild Meep VOF collects when you visit wildmeep.nl or get in touch with us, how we use it, and your rights under the GDPR.

Who we are

Wild Meep VOF, registered in Amsterdam. KvK 65153669. Contact: daniel@wildmeep.nl.

What we collect

When you contact us — through our contact form or by emailing daniel@wildmeep.nl directly — we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and the contents of your message.

When you visit the site, we use Framer Analytics to understand how the site is used. Framer Analytics is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect personal data — it logs basic, anonymized information like page views, referrers, and approximate location.

Our project pages embed videos from Vimeo. Vimeo may set its own cookies and collect data when you interact with embedded videos, governed by Vimeo's own privacy policy: vimeo.com/privacy.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your inquiries and discuss potential projects.

  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

  • To meet legal obligations (e.g. record-keeping for tax purposes when you become a client).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the business: our hosting provider (Framer), our email provider (Google Workspace), and our accounting tools.

  • Legal authorities when required by law.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and email correspondence are kept as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable working relationship, then deleted. Client records (invoices, contracts) are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Correct inaccurate data.

  • Request deletion of your data (where we're not legally required to keep it).

  • Object to or restrict processing.

  • Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).

  • Lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email daniel@wildmeep.nl.
